Optimum Credit Recovery Inc. adheres to the PIPEDA Act.  All our employees conduct all aspect of business in accordance with our privacy standards.  All employees are provided with a copy of the Privacy Act (PIPEDA), OCR’s privacy guidelines, a copy of the Agency’s Code of Ethics and Conduct.  They must abide to these rules.

Optimum Credit Recovery Inc. is responsible for all personal information in its possession.  A Privacy Commissioner is designated to be accountable for all personal information to ensure the privacy of each individual is protected.  Optimum Credit Recovery Inc. has several measures to prevent the loss, theft, unauthorized access, and disclosure of personal information.

Optimum Credit Recovery Inc. makes every effort to ensure that the individual is advised for the purposes of which the information is used.

Optimum Credit Recovery Inc. collects personal information in a fair and lawful means and will only use it for identification purposes.  This information will not be disclosed to third parties.

Any individuals desiring access to their personal information must submit a written request to our Privacy Commissioner.  Pending on existing contractual restrictions, Optimum Credit Recovery Inc. may restrict any information that is given.  Upon confirmation of identity, Optimum Credit Recovery Inc. will provide access to their personal information within a given time period.  If the request is refused, Optimum Credit Recovery Inc. will provide the individual with written reason why such access is denied.
